International Postage

FREE Standard International Shipping when you spend $150 & Over 

FREE Express International Shipping when you spend-  $250 AUD & Over

Orders Under $150 AUD
Standard International Postage $10 AUD

Express International Postage $25 AUD

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees, but we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

RETURNS POLICY

✧ We offer exchanges or online credit notes on rings, necklaces and bracelets as long as they are returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

✧ Please note sale of Earrings is Final. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

✧ Refunds on earrings are only permitted for items deemed faulty by us on return.

✧ All return postage is at the expense of the customer. Please email us on hello@wittandpearl.com in order to return your item.

✧ We advise that you put the item on tracked delivery as we are not liable for the loss of any items in transit.
